[slinkelist] DSS code misery

If it's any consolation, I spent ages trying to get the "advanced" Sony DSS
IR commands such as "guide", "menu", left, right etc..... but with no luck.
There seems to be something odd with this set of IR commands. I can look at
the IR output from an actual remote, and that of my app, and they look
identical, however only a "true" remote will work. The basic commands such
as 0-9 and power are fine.

If you ever find a solution to this, I'd love to know.
