[slinkelist] MD audio daisy chaining

When I tried sending audio from my computer through the "second CD" inputs
of the second CD player I got no audio.  I have two Sony CDP-CX240 units.
If there's a way to enable this, I'd like to know too, so that I don't have
to manually switch the amplifier's input.

I'd like to set up playlists that have MP3 files play from the computer and
CDs play from the changers without any intervention but can't do that
currently.
