[slinkelist] How do I get Slinke to echo IR to the remote-IR box

If it still isn't working, make sure you are using an RJ-11 cable that is
wired straight through, NOT flipped like most telephone cables.  I ended up
just rewiring my IR transmitter module so I could use any of the flipped
RJ-11 cables I had on hand.
