I believe the best way would be to use a digital signal from your SB live
card to a digital input in your amp. An analog connection would bring a lot
of noise from the computer to the amp. The only problem I see is the digital
connection on SB MP3 card, which I am not sure, but seams to be a
proprietary connector (it is neither RCA nor optical), only the live
platinum comes with a live! drive with 2 RCA digital connectors for input
and output. The board is the same.
