[slinkelist] cdj slinke data window lost cursor

The last two versions of cdj, 8/xx/00, both lose the cursor in the slinke
data window. This results in the window continually flashing but no new data
being added. If you click in the blank line at the end of the window, new
data will be added there for some period of time. You can tell this is
happening because the window cursor no longer appears at the end of the
window. It disappears.

This is on win98.
