Yesterday, I checked their website ... they're closing out all Ramsey =
kits at
50% off.  Unfortunately, there is no FM-25 left.  The local electronics =
store
doesn't carry it.  So, I'm going to be looking for another vendor.  Any =
ideas?

I sent him an email yesterday.  I haven't heard back yet.

I found a review about the FM-25 on the web.  It says it comes with an AC=
 power
supply.  I'll have to confirm this.

(The reviews of the FM-25 certainly are positive!)
