Alan,
Thanks for all that info?
>I assembled and tested a FM-25 in about 2-3 hours.=20
How foolproof is the assembly? I graduated as an electrical engineer =
many (28)
years ago; but I've worked on software since. I've got a soldering iron,=
which
I know how to use, and a multi-meter. So my diagnostic capabilities =
are quite
limited. Is 2-3 hours for a real whiz at soldering? How likely is it =
that I'll
run into a problem to solve, which is beyond my diagnostic capabilities?
(I'm a wimp <g> ... I'd much rather just buy something already put =
together, and
save some time & aggravation; but I don't seem to have that option!)
