[slinkelist] Problem accessing CDJ Database with Access 97

I am attempting to open my CDJ database using Microsoft ACCESS/97.  I 
am using Windoze/NT/Server.   I am currently at v1.32 build 1922 
(12/06/00) of CDJ.

I have successfully used Access to open the CDJ database with prior 
releases of CDJ.  Now I receive the message, "Unrecognized database 
format 'E:\NIRVIS~1\PEMCDLIB.mdb"

I downloaded and installed v2.60.6526.3 of file MDAC_TYP.exe, so I 
-should- be up to date with the latest ACCESS fixes...  I hope.

What am I missing?
