One problem with cdj:awaken is that it doesn't reset the players to the same
mode as when you first start CDJ.  If some one mucks with them outside CDJ
(e.g., turns a group on), CDJ doesn't work write.  Either the awaken
function needs to do that or the series of steps needed to do that needs to
be done.  I prefer the former.  Colby?
