[slinkelist] New version CM11a problems... Colby?

One thing you want to be careful of when converting strings to lowercase is
that you must keep internationalization in mind. I've noticed that you have
many European customers. I'm currently involved in a project where we're
finding that extended characters, such as the accented letters, does not
convert at all. We're running tests under localized versions of Windows and
see what kind of result we're getting when converting cases on accented
letters.

So for now, just stay away from accented letters when naming your devices.

I'm trying it here, but it seems to be working. I've been toggling a light
on and off maybe 50 times using IR mapping without a problem. I did make
some changes recently to strip all capitalization from device names, but I
think that is working OK. There is yet another version on the site (1/19/00)
which is basically the same as the troubled 1/12 version with a fix to it's
CDJ bug.

My x10 output seems to have quit functioning, too. Still receiving and
processing x10 inputs fine.

I hope you can help, I downloaded and ran the new sysupdate and new cdj
software in hopes of ending the Active X error that the new Party GUI is
experiencing (it didn't work), but now my X10 which worked fine before the
update now doesn't respond. Slink-e Server (the new version) reports that
it is there alright, and when I press an x-10 button it shows up correctly
under Slink data, but none of the commands in my map are followed out. The
map is still there and even reloaded, but nothing happens now besides seeing
x19:on[a1] on the slink-data screen. Please help, I was just starting to
impress people with my remote controlled toy...
