Hello all,

First, let me say that I love my new Slink-e toy.  I've managed to get it
working with my cd changer (CDP-CX300) with no major problems.  I've even
gotten the IR to work with my old TV.   I was so happy with my new toy that
I went out last weekend to buy a new Sony reciever, with a second cd changer
on the list as the next thing to buy.

I am computer literate (I can use them all I want -- networking, webserving,
etc.), good with Windoze, and user-level Linux, but I can't program worth a
flip.

Now, here's my question:

Has anyone out there done anything with a STR-DE545?  I'd love to get the
s-link working with the reciever, too.  I'm sure that I can chase down the
IR frequencies and set it up that way, but I'd really prefer the s-link
interface -- new gizmo, gotta use it fully :)

I only got the Slink-e a week ago, so it is entirely possible that I missed
something in the documentation or the downloads.

Oh yes, the OS that has the Slink-e is Win98SE.
