[slinkelist] Launching CDJ Via Batch File

If you wrote a program which used SlinkX to talk to the CM11a and launch
CDJ, then CDJ could also use the CM11a. Why not run CDJ all of the time and
just use X10 to map to the cdj:sleep and cdj:awaken commands?
