You got it!  My printer (HPLJ5) has 2 drivers installed:  Enhanced & =
Standard.
It defaults to Enhanced.  I remembered this right after I posted the =
message,
but didn't get around to trying Standard.  I just tried it ... the report=
 prints
just fine.
