[slinkelist] How produce windows events with Slinke

I have a slinkx program that creates mouse movement/click events based upon
IR commands received at the slinke.  It is called MousEmu, for mouse
emulator.  I can share a beta version or (better) give it to Colby to put on
the user download page.
