Warranty:

The assembled version of the Slink-e is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. Each Slink-e undergoes a full functional test before being shipped.  However, no warranties are implied regarding the integrity or accuracy of any firmware built into the Slink-e or software running on the host computer which supports it. Put simply, we can't guarantee the software / firmware to be bug free. Software upgrades are free, and any necessary firware upgrades will be done at a nominal cost.

Refund Policy:

All orders for the Slink-e product are final. Ther are no returns allowed since the final inventory is being sold.
