[slinkelist] Does the new version of CDJ have a different db format?

The CDJID field now holds a larger, more unique, hex number than the old
CDDB ID which used to be there. The DB now uses the LocationValid flag to
indicate that a disc is no longer found in the changer instead of setting
player and slot to -1.
That's about it.
