[slinkelist] New Database For Party GUI

I think that may be the case.  I will download the new
version tomorrow, and check it out.  If that is the
case, it is just a quick SQL change (probably)  and I
will just add an ini flag, and the new SQL.  I will
let you know (via the list) tomorrow.
