[slinkelist] PartyGUI performance enhancement (DCOM peer to peer?)

First shot at performance enhancement for the GUI I
think it is significant (gut check, not stopwatch)

Jazzed up the look and feel a bit more.  I took out
the hidden code that was using the tabbed controls the
ability for users to easily create their own button
extensions is cool, but was getting squirelly,  will
add it back if someone wants to help.

As an aside, I got the whole thing running on my
I-opener netpliance (thanks for the thought Colby). 
Hack was fun...  Now someone need to refresh my memory
on getting the DCOM to work on a win98 peer to peer. 
Can someone do it in a nutshell?
