I removed "Unable to end RxThread" and "Unable to end ReceiveThread" messages from shutdown error checking. This was due to popular demand.
Keep in mind:
* You shouldn't have been seeing these if everything is running properly
* If your application is exiting, this doesn't matter because all of the threads will be killed. If it is loading and reloading a form with this control and you were getting this error, you will be in trouble as the dead threads accumulate....
