Some receivers provide an automated method for changing the volume. My Meridian system allows this. Using this along with the automation features of CDJ could solve your problem.
Other than this, you could use a digital leveling feature (discussed elsewhere in this thread) or build a sound level meter input that could be used with cdj/slinke automation.
