msvbvm60.dll

I have been running CDJ and my Slink-e w/o problems for about a month. Recently Norton WinDoctor keeps reporting that "cdjauto.exe cannot access a necessary file, msvbvm60.dll" I have tried to FIND this DLL w/o sucess. Is this file really necessary? & if so, where can I get a copy? Thanks matt
