You are not the only one, Willem. I am having this problem also, but I did not have the problem prior to the 4/11/00 CDJ version. The user.mdb database WAS compatible with Access 97, but appears to be no more. The error I get is:

"Unrecognized database format [filepath\filename]."

If you backed up your database prior to the 4/11/00 version, I surmise that you may be able to go back to an earlier version of CDJ, and recover your data. If you didn't, I don't know how to make it work without Access 2000.

Colby, was this your intent? Is there a reason why backward compatibility with Access 97 was unattainable? Or am I all wet, and others are having no problem?
