I've just done this by setting "like" to -20. On nearly every search, I either use a "and like>9" to get just my favorites, or a "and (like=0 or like>9)" to get my favorites plus the songs that haven't been indexed yet.
You could also do this with a keyword, e,g, "and not kw=blacklist".
However, about the only way that I use CDJ is to search by track and use the search results to build a playlist. The proposed solution (somewhat obviously) wouldn't work if you just double-click the CD title to play.
